c0depad is published by Wataru Watanabe (w22 digital lab). For help, bug reports, purchase questions, or privacy requests, email hello@w22.dev.

Include your c0depad version, macOS version, download channel, and the steps that led to the problem. A redacted screenshot can help. Do not send private code, passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information. No fixed response time is promised.

Requirements

Requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) · macOS 11+. Intel Macs are not supported. The direct download is an Apple Silicon build only; there is no Intel version.

Scratch text and saved files

The editor works locally without a c0depad account. Scratch buffers and settings persist on your Mac; they are not synced to us. Save important work to a file and keep a backup. Clear unwanted text in the app and manage saved files through Finder. If you need to remove all local scratch data and preferences, contact us for version-specific instructions before deleting app data.

Direct-download updates and purchases

The Gumroad edition uses a built-in updater that contacts GitHub-hosted release services. If an update fails, tell us the version and error message; do not delete your local data as a first troubleshooting step.

Mac App Store edition

The Mac App Store edition is not currently available. If it becomes available, Apple will handle downloads, updates, and billing. We will provide app support at the same email address. Apple purchase refund requests follow Apple’s refund process; there is no Store download link on this site yet.

Privacy and optional feedback

Email support is optional. The app’s external feedback form uses Tally; messages you submit there are shared with the publisher. See our support privacy disclosure before sharing information. “Data Not Collected” for the Store app does not mean that email, external forms, checkout, or this website are data-free.

For access, correction, or deletion requests relating to information you sent us, email hello@w22.dev. We cannot inspect or delete files stored only on your Mac.
